Data deletion instructions

You can ask Nexus Development Solutions to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. This includes information from our website forms and chat, our Client Portal, course enrollments, and comments or messages you sent to our Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn pages.
How to ask for deletion
- Send an email to nexusdevelopmentsolutions@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”.
- Tell us the name, email, phone number or social media name you used with us, so we can find your information.
- We confirm by email and delete your information within 30 days. If the law requires us to keep some records (for example invoices for tax purposes), we tell you what we keep and why.
Facebook and Instagram
Our Facebook app is only used to manage our own Pages; it does not log you in or read your profile. To remove any connection with our app from your side, open Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find the app and select Remove. You can also delete your own comments and messages on Facebook and Instagram at any time.
You can delete your comments on our LinkedIn posts directly on LinkedIn. For anything else, email us as described above.
