Response times are set in your plan, often within 1 working day for normal requests. Urgent issues, like a broken checkout or missing payment option, are handled first.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can move up or down as your needs change, for example adding hours before a big sale and reducing them in quieter months.
Do unused hours roll over?
That depends on the plan you choose. We explain how hours work before you sign up, and the monthly summary shows exactly how hours were used.
Do you support stores you didn’t build?
Yes. We start with a short review of your theme, apps and settings, note any risks, and then take over the monthly care.
